Abinadi and Alma show us the intricacies of the Lord’s patterns of blessings and curses and ultimately bondage or delivery. “The tender mercies of the Lord are over all those whom he hath chosen, because of their faith, to make them mighty even unto the power of deliverance.” The promise is His, but the choice is ours. Are we willing to sacrifice all for the promise of deliverance?
