The Plans of the Arch Tyrant – Video 2/3

Jesus commanded His people to study the words of Isaiah. One of the valuable warnings from Isaiah regards an arch tyrant, the King of Assyria (King of Babylon). This man will wreak havoc upon the human race in the last days, depopulating the earth by over 90%. His objectives will be applauded and supported by the majority of the sleeping world. They will be done in the name of public health, safety and altruism. Will we be awake enough to spot the plans in action? Will we be righteous and brave enough to resist them?

All Things That Isaiah Spake “Have & Shall Be”

In the previous video in this series, we described how the Book of Mormon history parallels our time. In the Book of Mormon, Jesus told the Nephites that all things that Isaiah spake “have been and shall be.

Over 30% of the book of Isaiah is contained in the Book of Mormon. Why? Because the Book of Mormon is for our time and Isaiah speaks of our time.

In the book of Isaiah, Isaiah speaks of two main leaders in the future world, the Lord’s Servant and the King of Assyria.  The King of Assyria, is a title for the end time arch tyrant or antichrist (as described in the book of revelation).  The Lord uses this arch tyrant to remove the wicked from the world in preparation for the Lord’s millennial reign.

The Commission of the Arch Tyrant

In Isaiah 10 (2 Nephi 20) we read that the Lord commissions this arch tyrant:

Isaiah 10:5-6
5 Hail the Assyrian, the rod of my anger! He is a staff—my wrath in their hand.
6 I will commission him against a godless nation, appoint him over the people deserving of my vengeance, to pillage for plunder, to spoliate for spoil, to tread underfoot like mud in the streets. (Isaiah Institute Translation)

Later in the same chapter of Isaiah, the arch tyrant boasts of his accomplishments:

Isaiah 10:13
13 …I have done away with the borders of nations, I have ravaged their reserves, I have vastly reduced the inhabitants. (Isaiah Institute Translation)

So, two of the main objectives of this arch tyrant, is to conquer the world, which will include removing the borders of all nations and create a one-world government with him at the head. To accomplish this objective, he will vastly reduce the inhabitants of the world.

Isaiah compares those who survive destruction to a tithing of the people which we can interpret to mean that only a tenth of the population will survive the destructions to come.

Also, in this same chapter, the Lord will punish the arch tyrant for his boasting and infamous conceit, because he said,

The 10 Commandments of the Arch Tyrant

This boasting reveals itself in the enigmatic Georgia Guidestones. Here the secret combination that desires to rule the world has boldly stated their objectives in granite stone (a mock of the stone tablets that Moses brought down from the mountain). This expensive monument contains etched writing on large granite slabs in eight languages (including English, Spanish, Russian, Hebrew, Arabic and Chinese), so that all nations of the world are warned of their goals.

The “Georgia Guidestones” located in Elberta, Georgia, USA.

These are their ten commandments:

  1. Maintain humanity under 500,000,000 in perpetual balance with nature.
  2. Guide reproduction wisely — improving fitness and diversity.
  3. Unite humanity with a living new language.
  4. Rule Passion — Faith — Tradition — and all things with tempered reason.
  5. Protect people and nations with fair laws and just courts.
  6. Let all nations rule internally resolving external disputes in a world court.
  7. Avoid petty laws and useless officials.
  8. Balance personal rights with social duties.
  9. Prize truth — beauty — love — seeking harmony with the infinite.
  10. Be not a cancer on the earth — Leave room for nature — Leave room for nature.

On the surface, many of these objectives sound reasonable and right. However, if we look closer, we will see the hidden meaning and how they follow the course of the arch tyrant.

Isaiah 10:13
13 …I have done it by my own ability and shrewdness, for I am ingenious. (Isaiah Institute Translation)

Understanding The Arch Tyrant’s Goals

Let’s review a few of these stated objectives:

  1. Maintain humanity under 500,000,000 in perpetual balance with nature.

To achieve this 500 million population, the current population of the earth, they must strategically eliminate 90%+ of living humans. Assuming a population of 7.8 billion (current estimation) that would mean a 93.5% decrease in the earth’s population. Again, the arch tyrant boasts “I have vastly reduced the inhabitants.”

  1. Guide reproduction wisely — improving fitness and diversity.

In line with the first objective, could this speak of a specific type of reproduction? Maybe reproduction of only the best and brightest, only the strong and capable? This brings back to mind Nazi Germany’s super race.

  1. Unite humanity with a living new language.

I would ask, how can they achieve this objective, unless there is a one-world government mandating a common language? This goal would certainly serve to destroy culture and tradition, which is based upon language. It harkens back to Orwell’s 1984 and the “new speak” where big brother controls thoughts by limiting words and ideas that come from those words.

Many of these goals sound perfectly reasonable, if taken by themselves. However, when combined with the idea of a one world government, and reread, you can see the potential for slavery that will be pushed on humanity.

Imagine the consequences if this new world order chooses to define our social duties by significantly removing your personal rights. In the declaration of independence, we describe certain rights as inalienable, given to us by God, not government. For example, the rights over reproduction and freedom of thought which these guidelines seem to want to remove or control.

The UN’s Sustainability Goals & Agenda 2030

The Georgia Guidestones were built by an anonymous group, yet their objectives are also being proclaimed loudly by certain world organizations including the UN, under the guise of “sustainability.”

UN Sustainable Development goals

The UN has issued its Agenda 21 and Agenda 2030 and they list 17 goals:

  1. End poverty in all its forms everywhere
  2. End hunger, achieve food security and improved nutrition and promote sustainable agriculture
  3. Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages

These first three could be achieved by reducing the world’s population by 90%.

Other selected goals include:

  1. Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all
  2. Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls
  3. Ensure availability and sustainable management of water and sanitation for all
  4. Ensure access to affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy for all
  5. Promote sustained, inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment and decent work for all
  6. Build resilient infrastructure, promote inclusive and sustainable industrialization and foster innovation
  7. Reduce inequality within and among countries
  8. Make cities and human settlements inclusive, safe, resilient and sustainable
  9. Ensure sustainable consumption and production patterns
  10. Take urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts*
  11. Conserve and sustainably use the oceans, seas and marine resources for sustainable development
  12. Protect, restore and promote sustainable use of terrestrial ecosystems, sustainably manage forests, combat desertification, and halt and reverse land degradation and halt biodiversity loss
  13. Promote peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development, provide access to justice for all and build effective, accountable and inclusive institutions at all levels
  14. Strengthen the means of implementation and revitalize the global partnership for sustainable development

Analyzing the Intentions Behind Sustainability Goals

Who can argue with most of these goals? On the surface most of these goals don’t seem to have a sinister objective. But are these promises just like those made by our politicians, easily made, and soon forgotten? Or is there an alternative agenda behind this agenda?

If you look closely, it necessitates a one world government to implement and enforce these goals. Will sustainability be the tag line that sells these goals? While there is nothing inherently wrong with attempting to achieve sustainability, what freedoms are we willing to surrender for this goal, and who will decide what freedoms are essential?

Our concern is that the Lord has already given us the ability to solve all of the world’s problems, if we will only listen to Him, and keep his commandments. The approach listed above sends a message that mankind can solve their own problems, and we don’t need to rely upon God to sustain the world.

Also, do you see echoes behind these goals that mirror the guide stones’ 10 commandments?

How Does the Arch Tyrant Achieve His Objectives?

The global secret combination (led by the arch tyrant) wants to rule the world, and reduce its population. Can they accomplish this objective entirely by war or the threat of war? If war, then would there even be an inhabitable world left for them to dominate after all the damage?

Perhaps there’s a different way to achieve the goal of reducing the world population to 500,000,000 humans, without destroying the world. What if they created a disease that killed off the 90%? But how could they guarantee that everyone on the planet caught the disease and would die in great enough numbers?

We currently have a worldwide virus pandemic that claims only about 0.2% to 0.35% of its victims, depending on age and co-morbidities. Yet, even with this low death rate (which is about the same as the annual flu virus), the world is being told that each person must take a new, experimental injection. Plans are being made to punish those who fail to comply, forbidding them from participating in some aspects of society (such as keeping their job, traveling on planes and public transit systems, attending public events and purchasing goods and services).

A Desolating Sickness is a Depopulating Sickness

It’s obvious that this current virus won’t achieve the goal of the arch tyrant by reducing the population in any significant amount. However, perhaps the preventative cure could, especially if the cure is forced upon the entire population of the earth.

Read how a vaccination could make you more prone to receive the illness here.

In the Doctrine and Covenants Section 45:31, the Lord states:

D&C 45:31
31 And there shall be men standing in that generation, that shall not pass until they shall see an overflowing scourge; for a desolating sickness shall cover the land.

The echo of the tyrant’s boast, “I have vastly reduced the inhabitants” rings in our ears.
