The Gathering of Israel by the End-time Servant

Nephi, Isaiah, Christ and other prophets foretold that in the last days, Israel would be gathered again. The gentiles may also be numbered with the house of Israel if they repent and come unto Christ. Jesus Christ says “a commandment I give unto you that ye search these things diligently; for great are the words of Isaiah. For surely he spake as touching all things concerning my people which are of the house of Israel.”

Gathering of Israel by the End-time Servant

• 3 Nephi 22 / Isaiah 54 – God delivers scattered Israel by way of the Gentiles. New Jerusalem established.
• 3 Nephi 29 – God saves and gathers out the House of Israel, who receive the fullness.
• 3 Nephi 30 – God numbers all of the gentiles who repent with the House of Israel.
  • D&C 101:43-44 – The gathering of the House of Israel begins during the 1830s.
  • JST Gen 50:25-28,30-31 – In the last days, Israel learns of the fullness. Then, God gathers Israel by the Lord’s end-time servant. (see also 2 Nephi 3:5-24)
  • 1 Nephi 13:34-42 – God restores the gospel to the Gentiles twice and gives them new scripture records. These records assist in the missionary work of the gathering of Israel.
  • 1 Nephi 14:1-17 – Great and abominable church, among all the nations of the Gentiles, gathers to fight against Christ. Saints endowed with power. Wars cover the earth. Wrath of God poured out on Great and abominable. Then the work of the Father commences to gather Israel.
  • 3 Nephi 16:10-15 – LDS restoration, apostasy, and restoration.
  • D&C 103:5-11 – LDS Gentiles must hearken to the voice of the Lord and become Saints, or they become as salt that has lost its savor.
